in Goema's Secr293 "Bestratch of 28 July 1813.

Ip, of the Branch Society for Secret Assassination resident in Hongkong issues the following notification:-

On the 18th. instant the Englishmen summoned the merchants of the various Guilds to appear before them to answer some questions and they were then bade to ride in the various trams. Now all of those cold-blooded animals who are fond of flattering others have dared to destroy the object of this Society by sitting in the cars with a view to inducing their fellow-country- -men to travel by the Tramway. They are indeed no better than oxen and horses, willingly obeying the directions of foreigners. We presume that they would even vie with one another to be the first in yielding their wives and concubines to foreigners, and would consider such an undertaking as glorious. But such actions are prohibited by the regulations of this Society, and in the future nobody shall travel by the Tramway whether on private or public business and any breach of the requirement will be subject to Regulation 18 of this Society. We hope that after the issue of this notification, the merchants of the various Guilds will exhort their fellow-countrymen far and wide to persist in the boycott. This is our sincere hope. This special notification for the information of the public. Give strict observance without fail.

Dated 20th. December, 1912.
